Driving through fields and fields of wheat in the Sierra Nevada, a black dot in the distance caught my eye. The abandoned structure beckoned me, its dark exterior alluring against the saffron colored wheat. While the grains of wheat danced in the light breeze and not a single cloud covered the bright blue sky, this forgotten barn stood in solitude, providing a spectacular contrast of hue and mood to this prairie scene.
